Gar...I'm actually making Cauliflower right now!<br />Garlic Roasted Cauliflower:<br />2 Tbs minced garlic<br />3 Tbs olive oil<br />1 lg head of cauliflower, separated in florets<br />1/3 cup parmesan cheese (if you are doing diary but you can skip this and it's still delicious)<br />s&p to taste<br />1 tbs chopped parsley<br /><br />1) Preheat oven to 450 degrees & grease a large casserole dish.<br />2) place olive oil and garlic in a large resealable bag, add cauliflower & shake and mix!<br />Then pour into casserole dish.<br />3) Bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through. I steam mi...Cauliflower is like the wonder veggie!<br /><br />I steam mine in the microwave for about three or four minutes (don't add water, though, it has plenty of its own) and then put it in the food processor--instant "rice."<br /><br />I also dabbled in making paleo pizza crust with it, and it worked really well with 1 cup cauliflower rice, 1 cup parmesean, 1/4 cup almond meal, 1/4 cup flax meal, and 3 egg whites. Bake at 425 for 16 minutes, top with stuff, bake a few more minutes.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
